Refund Policy


At Stephen World Travels, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as fair and transparent as possible.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility


Refund eligibility varies based on the type of booking (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, etc.) and the terms set by our travel partners. Some bookings may be non-refundable, while others may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Charges


If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund (subject to airline, hotel, or service provider policies). Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees, as determined by the specific travel service provider. Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of departure or check-in) may not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Processing


Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@stephenworldtravels.co.in or through our customer support portal. Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Service fees, taxes, and other surcharges may be non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy


If a traveler does not show up for their booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. Certain services may allow for rescheduling, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances


In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline strikes, etc.), refunds will be subject to the policies of the service providers involved. We will make our best efforts to assist customers in rescheduling or obtaining refunds in such cases.

6. Refund for Partial Services


If a service is only partially used, refunds (if any) will be provided based on the service provider's policy. Unused portions of package deals or bundled services may not be eligible for a refund.
